All orders are shipped directly from our Brooklyn, NY studio within 5-7 working business days. Shipping differences over $5 will be refunded via original payment method. In an effort to reduce environmental waste, we use recycled shipping materials when possible. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Burnin' For You Candle Co. is not responsible for any items lost or delayed in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Should you request a redelivery via USPS or Fedex we are not responsible for packages not received and can only offer a refund minus shipping charges if the package is redelivered to our studio. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We do not offer international shipping currently. As with any artisanal process, slight variations may occur. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless products arrive damaged. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization. Damaged goods must be addressed within 5 days of receipt and return shipped within 10 days.
Gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Valid online only.
